I can confirm the battery drain too..but dude 4.2 roms don't have good battery life as compared to touchwiz roms..and if we talk about the official 4.2 update don't even think about it before December or January..sammy has to update the galaxy s3,s4, note 2 to 4.3 first then we might get a shot..

Try using the stock touchwiz launcher.

Settings> display> wallpaper> lockscreen..that works for me..
