I am also using slimkat, after trying 5 or 6 other ones. It is definitely the fastest ROM I've used. It is also the most stable one for me.

I have been using the slimkat rom on my Captivate and I love it, but the speakerphone and external sounds (notification text tone call tone) are spotty. Sometimes they work but its pretty rare. I never hear my text or ring tone. Can't post this in the development forum since I am a new member...
