Open Link2SD, Create Link all apps you can. Some app you can't Create Link, update these app and try to link again. Recomend: Check auto link in setting of Link2SD

ROM Upgrade Utility (RUU) is Official Rom (Stock Rom), so you can flash the RUU normally.

That file must be copy to the root of SDCard, don't inside any folder, and it's name must be LEGEIMG.zip If it's not work, I think you should flash the RUU 3.xx first (don't need following the instruction in htcdev) then unlock bootloader with LEGEIMG.zip
