Post [APP] CarWebGuru - Universal car launcher with widgets, skins and music

I've got the ATOTO A6 with the physical buttons. I discovered that if the ATOTO launcher isn't the one that starts up automatically (as in, if I set CWG to be the default launcher), the physical buttons don't work. :(

Post [APP] CarWebGuru - Universal car launcher with widgets, skins and music

PowerAmp seems to play just fine after starting it and going back to the home screen for me. My unit has OS version "ATOTO AICE OS 9.1 2017-11-02 23:01:29". (As seen from Settings->About->System Update) Do you have any other audio-generating app that's running? Since only 1 audio stream is...

Post [APP] CarWebGuru - Universal car launcher with widgets, skins and music

I've just purchased a new ATOTO A6 Android car stereo unit, and I really like CarWebGuru. However, I've run into a few problem. FYI: I'm using the latested PowerAmp (2.0.10-build-588-play) as the music player. The ATOTO A6 comes with Android 6 (a stripped down version it seems). And I'm using...

    Post FIOS Mobile on stick?

Coincidentally, I was just playing around with the FiOS Mobile app on my FireTV yesterday, since I'm interested in finding a way to stream my FiOS TV channels to my FireTV box in my computer room. I thought I'd share my experience with everyone here. It's true that with the latest version of...

yes. it will offer the "upgrade" and if you accept, it will wipe and re-flash with the stock OS. this will wipe the phone and install the stock OS, so no, it will not stay rooted after this. that was my attempt at recovering from a factory reset on 4.4.2. my guess was that one of the apps...

Post Boot Stuck at Tmbile Logo

I used Samsung's Smart Switch PC. One of the "features" is that it will detect the older Android OS on your phone and offer to install the latest - albeit at the cost of a total wipe and re-flash. (Hence why it recommends you use the app to first back up your phone.) I my case, I had nothing to...

My TMo Note3 did the exact same thing last week. (I was still on v4.4.2.) After fiddling with it a little bit, I decided to try a factory-reset. Thread Note 3 suddenly stuck on "T-Mobile" boot screen

My Note 3 is stock Android 4.4.2, nothing special. It was working perfectly fine today, and this evening I decided to reboot it. Now it's stuck on the "T-Mobile 4G LTE" white screen. It flashes bright every few seconds and the rumble motor kicks, but that's it. I've got no idea what caused it...

Totally giving up on this idea If anyone cares, I've given up on this idea. I've come to understand that PWM audio just plain sucks, and the versions of Android/apps that I'm testing for this setup (listed above) come with a variety of problems that are just too difficult for me to continue...

If anyone's interested, I've made a short recording of the noise. Static.mp3 I'd appreciate it if someone could listen to this and tell me what it is, and perhaps how I can fix it. Right now I'm thinking that it's due to the Desk Mount's electronics (or lack of quality, that is).

Post Just a music player with audio via dock support

Update: From what I've read (and tested), I need the Galaxy Dock Sound Redirector app to get it to play audio through the Desk Mount. But only "official" Kernels have the necessary function(s) to support the redirect. Using that app on any other ROM won't work. So that limits me to just the...

I don't know why either. I'm guessing that the code that plays the ringtones has either been re-written or replaced since CM7, and as a result it's either an oversight or a bug. I looked - didn't see any option to auto-repeat the ringtone. One other thing to note about having to...

I was trying to use a bunch of mp3 ringtones. They play once and don't repeat when I get a call.
