Hey guys I'm currently running the TeamICS AOSP ROM and I was looking to try out Teamhacksungs. However when I try to flash Build 14 via CWM I get an assert failed. Seems to be related to the build.prop and my device (SGH-I896). It also spits out Status 7 as the final part of the error message...

This is probably a corruption issue but I couldn't boot back into ICS AOSP after doing a nandroid restore. Reflashing the ROM though worked fine. Also appears my kernel splash screen is broken and just displays black.

Worked coming from the RC1 ICS AOSP. Not sure if its required but I did do a factory reset before flash. Initial boot does take a while so just be patient.

It prolly doesn't work since ICS changes a great many things. Just wait for him to update and you shoulod be good to go.

Yeah I was actually wondering about that myself. Its probably something to do with the DPI as I recall HC reverts to a Gingerbread like layout when you set the DPI too low.

Interesting that people couldn't get into recovery I came from XJ's MIUI and flashed Angel_666's ROM. Is it just koxudaxi's ROM that doesn't come with recovery then?

Recovery is installed can you not get there through the button combo? Video of what? The ROM running on a tab?

Github or something would probably be pretty good if I recall koxudaxi already has a repo setup for his ROM. I use JK3 but I also didn't try reflashing the modem after ICS so could be that. Yeah the internal SD mounts I should've specified.

It would, the ICS includes the entire source tree, however the problem is that Google still never cleaned the code for Honeycomb. Because of this there is no tags in the code indicating what the HC source is if you get my drift. Its still possible to identify the code using the check-in history...
