Using common sense, its based on MM, so first de-grade your Nougat OP3 to MM firmware, boot it once and then flash the Flyme OS.

I hope you know how to flash twrp.img via cmd in pc. After you done with flashing twrp.img, you write the command i wrote earlier, and u will boot in recovery. As you are using OOS, you wont be having any issues with partition, Data will not be lost. Data is lost when you unlock the bootloader.

Reflash TWRP 3.0.4.1 . After flashing do not reboot via vol keys, instead use CMD command only, type this in cmd fastboot boot twrp.img , replace twrp with name of your recovery file and then u will boot direct into recovery
