I started using this kernel v23 with FreedomOS v2.8 on my oneplus 3T and to be honest I'm blown away with the smoothness and the battery life I'm getting SOT of 7 hours with 20% battery still remaining. Amazing work and thanks for this kernel.

The ruu file u provided, is that for a single sim htc model? The mobile I have is single sim. He bought a second hand piece. So he doesn't know which region it's from. I'm sure the Indian variant has dual sim. Could that be the problem that i flash the wrong ruu file?

I have been using this sim since May 2016 and I have never faced any issue. May be once a week or so. You might consider getting your sim changed but before that get the APN setting checked with the Customer service guys.

I was having a similar problem when I flashed art97 rom (I might have the name wrong but it's similar to that). I have tried other custom ROMs based on CM13 (like resurrection rom) and VoLTE does show up.
