It looks like you had problems with the flash and boot up so I would recommend doing a clean flash...then if you still have the problem raise your voltages up 100 and try again. I've never had this issue and I'm currently running vanir. Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Premium HD app

I have been running Matr1x forever and have zero stability issues. I'm sure this is ROM related or phones that can't handle the UV. Try bumping the voltages up a bit or get a logcat next time you have issues. Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Premium HD app

So for the trickstermod bug. Its such a rare occasion to reboot and then not unlock your device right away that I'm surprised it was even found. This issue is most likely within the s2w code and might not ever get fixed. So for those in the loop and have trickstermod set to boot active...make...
