Nothing like pocket mode in this rom right? Is the fingerprint reader constantly on in your pocket etc? :) Just wondering.

Thread [BOOTANIMATION] [1080p] [CM11/ZIP] Flying Bird

Hello guys, today I bring you something a little different. Having ported one of my favourite gifs to a boot animation I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Editing most frames to assure it looks good in this new resolution I sank quite a few hours into it (I don't appear to be very fast at...

Post [APP] OblyTile - Tile Creator for all programs.

Loving this app, but I got a small suggestion. Ever considered having your app remember everything put into the application directory/place of images etc? When we create a tile right now, it gets wiped clean, so checking how something looks is quite a bothersome process. Just an idea to think...

    Post (ROM) (PORT) AOKP b4m6

Also a small annoyance, I couldn't seem to push anything to /system etc with adb, because adb couldn't obtain root. I'm fairly certain this is because the base is CM9, which has the whole app-only-root as standard, and an option to change this in the developer settings. This setting, however...

Not sure if you can actually use the htcdev stuff with 0.43, maybe you need to use the unrevoked method, but if you can use htcdev, you can just use CWM and install a rooted rom, no need to go through all those ****ty root methods again
  21. P

Simply use the htcdev method? (:

First off, thank you, feed3, for doing such an amazing job on porting such an amazing rom. Really was missing some aokp action on my legend. Post Flickering screen

My thoughts exactly, it seems to have made flickering more of an issue so there must also be a way to make it less of an issue (or simply remove it at all together).. Looking forward to the update from HTC.

    Post Flickering screen

How much of a priority is an even faster phone to you? Pretty sure the One X can keep up with most of the things you are doing already.

    Post Flickering screen

Shouldn't cause your screen to flicker, but it made it worse here, so I'd never be 100% sure. Maybe the " Don't try to fix what isn't broken" statement works here, and updating can be put-off for a while..

    Post Flickering screen

General flickering getting worse on gray areas. The newest update [1.29.401.7] seems to have made things even worse, which lead to me contacting HTC about the issue. Hoping this gets resolved very soon..

    Post [Q] Downgrading unlocked hboot?

I don't think this will ever be possible. Alpharev would have to unlock the whole bootloader to make this possible, and they already repeatedly said this would probably never happen. The legends hboot is a glitchy mess of code. I don't see why anyone would really want a fully unlocked hboot...

    Post how to soff

As the last post pointed out, yes. The easiest process (in my eyes) is simply to unlock your bootloader using htcDEV guide [With a fully unrooted legend, this is a super easy process], then flashing CWM5 ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1290841 , just use the s-off method)...

Post Help thread ExtremeLegend™ Fuse for ppl who can't post at dev thread yet

To be honest I think one of the only things the community of the Legend is still waiting for is ICS with working wi-fi/gps/HWA. And since you can't really port that's not going to be great. But we got lots of Froyo/Ginger choices already...

Hey guys, me again. First off, great to see all the responses, turns out it must have, indeed, been a motherboard malfunction. They also replaced my motherboard [Or atleast, I think they did. Post [Q] Concering batterystats and major battery level problems.

Everyone seems to have this problem since Froyo. HTC fixes it by replacing the motherboard, which basically means they replace 90% of the phone... So basically, there is no real fix around. :/

Post Charge and battery life problems

If it was my phone that'd be done by now, but seeing how my mum doesn't want a rooted/different rommed phone, I can't test this. I might bring my Legend to the shop, and root/rom again after it's repaired. Just a little scared to lose my phone for so long.
