THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! After 3 hours of messing with these things I got it to work... Btw if someone gets problems in MsmDownloadtool like I had. Then try to diconnect ur phone from pc and put it to bootloader mode (Power+volume) and from there select power off and after that connect to pc again...

Easier way 1: Download android studio. 2: Open terminal and type in cd /Users/<User>/Library/Android/sdk/platform-tools. 3: Put ur device into fastboot and unlock bl and so on. Android studio: https://developer.android.com/studio/index.html And drivers are not required because mac is linux based...

Root and delete bloatware. Disabling doesn't free enough space. Install sd maid.

Rom works pretty well except I cant move my apps to external memory. Does anyone else have this same problem?

Yeah it should be waterproof but somehow water got into the phone and thats why my phone rebooted randomly. Almost anything can make ur phone restart randomly so its really hard to trace that failure.

I tested this rom. Pretty good but diealer, messages and contacts didnt work so flashed back to normal.

U need to compile that folder in to a ftf file using flashtool. After that u can flash it. Tools/bundles/create thats where u can compile it. If u don't know how to proceed from that point just search from google "how to make ftf file with flashtool"

That thing happened to me too. There was some water inside the phone because I thought it was water proof (it wasnt anymore). So u can try do dry it. If that doesn't work or u know its not wet just flash new software. :p
