Okay I agree with that, he just didn't mention that he was on this rom at first so I was confused.

Possibly try a custom kernel and if it works just try asking the dev of that kernel steps on fixing that. Also this isn't really the proper thread to ask that type of question on.

Just flashed this rom with Stock gapps from NikGapps and magisk 20.0 and running smooth but no root with it, but flashing magisk 19.4 over and wiping dalvik gave me root. Also I'm passing cts with no problems, thanks a lot dev... Only custom aosp based rom that passes safety net out of the box...

No you'll have to flash it yourself if you have it. As far as I know, only oos has call screening available. As noted above, this ROM is pure stock experience with minimal customization.

You can always stay stock and enjoy the wonders with magisk root! It's still a great option in my opinion.

This could be an issue with having a modified phone. If you're up for it, try magisk out and hide root from your bank app.
