In Oreo the WiFi configurations are stored in WifiConfigStore.xml. (Same folder)

In humberos OneDrive there are two files, one is the .zip file the other is the MD5 checksum. Google for MD5 to learn how to check if the file isnt corrupt.

Make sure MD5 match.

Watch out for the new KitKat firmware, it comes bundled with a new bootloader that have knox, if you upgrade your bootloader you cannot ever revert back to JB, for what ever reason you might want. Just want to inform.

Take a look here -> http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=804695 It seens that some times the problem is with odin it self. Try to flash a stock firmware several times without closing odin, see if that helps. And try diferent versions of odin, i think there's a new version 3.09??

Sounds like a corrupt .pit file. What's your tablet model?

idCyber aways can't receive SMS too. Force close. Edit: Restore the old SMS app from titanium backup did the trick for me. I dont remember with version I was before I think it was 5.5 or 5.6, idCyber see if that help you.

I had the same problem, but at least for me the above trick didn´t work. The phone simple dind´t boot, or display any notification light. I left the phone over night at the charcher and nothing... Tried multiple chargers, computer ports, laptop ports, etc etc, and still nothing... Then I went...

I dont have my tablet with me, but when in wifi settings, click those 3 bars at the top right (in the image) and uncheck avoid poor connections, or something like that.
