For some reason, My camera started stuttering pretty badly in low light situations and I still haven't solved it even after formatting data and changing roms, Any suggestions?

I remember applying one of the balanced tweaks( can't remember the name) and suddenly after that my camera started stuttering on low light situations, I tried removing the tweaks or the program itself but it still haven't fixed itself :(

I hope they get it fixed soon, It's the only reason I'm not upgrading to Oreo :(

So far the only Oreo Rom, I've flashed was the xxx-no limits one however the Snapchat and Instagram cameras are Zoomed in and audio is very low. It feels like they're functioning at a different aspect ratio. I wanted to know if there's a fix or if all the other Oreo roms have the same issue? P.S...

All the apps that use the camera, Instagram, Snapchat etc.. Are Zoomed as if they're running at a different aspect ratio whereas the normal camera is fine :(
