i had systemui lags in every build. since 5.6.5 all lags are gone and my lg is incredibly fast. Not only notification bar and lockscreen are faster and lagfree. its everywhere much smoother. I use the build from 13.03. build from 15.03 is laggy ? lol. will never update again, jk

I use the newest build. I got used to restarting my phone every day. It became normal for me. I haven't used CM13. So i can not tell.

I have/had SystemUi Lags in every build, except the first one. The Lags appear after half a day of use. (Lock Screen Animation and Notification bar animation) I need to restart systemui to make it work properly. And Sometimes i even need to restart the phone, to get rid off the systemui-lags.

That means i have the luck that i enabled multiwindow befor the button to enable/disable the feature disappeard ?
