*228 is not available on 4G phones. It will update on its own. That would have worked too..

Trying to dial *228 also, same thing =/ Edit: I was sitting at -95dBm before flashing this and after it went down to -106dBM so I restarted my phone and now im at -93dBm so not sure if it really helped or not.
