You should have done the factory reset first, for me it fixed some slight overheating, a bit of lag and it fixed the super slow charging I was experiencing 3-4 hours for a full charge. Hope it works for you ?

mtp wasnt working for me, i unistalled the lg suite and all the lg drivers connected the device and mtp worked fine, i hope it helps. :)

you need to choose the 16g or 32g variant depending on your phone. not alot of differences between the countries

it probably would but changing the digitizer is a difficult job because there is a pretty high risk damaging the screen when removing it if you font know what youre doing.

its can be just a defective unit,and i havent had any problem with the lg phones, cant say the same about other brands

i cant tell it can be both, try restoring your phone using lg mobile tool or lg pc suite but be aware that it will wipe all your data
