yes, on rotted phone the grennify is working as system app in the background and makes the hibernation without waking up the phone and screen + on rooted phone you can hybernate system apps too.

That is the problem. if yo use the auto hibernate in greenify, it wakes up the phone, turns on the screen than after hibernation turns off the screen. That is why I use only the manual hibernation. On unrooted phone it cause more battery drain than running the pr in the background

try to push the power off button, when the boot logo comes push long immediately the power off button again, may be it helps to turn off the phone. if it turns off you can try to connect to pc while you push the volume up key I did that .

if you have download mod you can install the kdz in off line mode and it rebuilds the prop file. I had the same problem and it was solved that way turn off the phone , connect to pc while push the volume up button, release the button when it is in download mode
