I had an issue with my sim card initially when I first got my s20+ it was literally draining battery like 20% overnight on airplane mode. I had no idea why. Then I changed my SIM card and the drain was no more. As a suggestion perhaps try taking one sim out and then the other to see if it helps.

I can absolutely assure you I did have this happen. And I found the issue. It was my SIM card. For some reason my SIM refused to properly connect with my S20+ and even on airplane mode the battery drain was horrendous. It seems the phone was always trying to register a connection with the SIM...

Another 30% idle drain night on airplane mode. At this rate I wouldn't be surprised if the bloody thing loses battery while it's completely off. No clear app as the culprit again just draining away :( ...

Better Battery Stats is pretty good. You'll have to run a few ADB commands to get the full potential out of it though. GSAM Battery Monitor from Play Store is also pretty good. :good:

My s20 + 5g idle drain is the worst I've ever had on a phone coming from S10. On airplane mode im losing upwards of 20% a night having basically everything put to sleep, aod display off. This phone drains battery faster with screen off than on. Really disappointed thus far. Hope Samsung does...

It's a common issue with Pixel 2XL. Happened to mine also. Had to RMA to Google. Had a new device in a week and a half

Think that may have something to do with the app checking to see if you have root when it loads. If it detects youre rooted it wont work. I could be wrong but using Magisk hide option and rebooting should work.

Google assistant not working here. Not matter what I try it refuses. See somebody else had this issue a few pages back with no reply. Anybody have this working?

Anybody else experiencing 'Phone is starting' home screen never loading bug? 2nd Pixel this has happened on to me with this ROM. Happening every reboot at the moment on latest build. Seems only way to get around it is by locking the screen and swiping up from bottom left to the phone dialer...

How is your idle drain? Main question... does this make deep sleep at all?

Fingerprint sensor still working as per prior build here on T815. Idle drain still there tablet awake 98.7% with screen off. :p Edit. If there's anything further I can do to test then let me know. Thanks again for the build ripee it runs very nicely despite that.

Looks as though there's been a few mentions over the last few pages similar to yours. Fingerprint sensor seems to have been a common issue across all of the variants.

Interesting. Does it work if you quickly turn the screen off and then try the fingerprint reader?

ROM is fantastic man. A real blessing to this tablet. Just be aware it may not sleep properly resulting in higer than normal battery drain while it's sat by itself in idle (unused). If you can live with that then you'll be super happy :)

T815 Not Deep Sleeping (Idle Drain) Sadly T815 doesn't seem to make it into deep sleep resulting in constant idle battery drain even when in Airplane mode. I've attached BBS screenshots. Looks as though 'android' alarms might have something to do with it. ripee let me know if you have any ideas...

Did you set up any fingerprints at all? I'm going to try removing all of mine and see if it helps. BetterBatteryStats might also help too with isolating what is keeping the tablet awake.

Anybody with T815... How is idle drain? ROM works like an absolute champ but noticing strange idle drains while on airplane mode and everything off. Will check BBS overnight tonight to see if it sleeps at all.

Wifi not working for me after dirty flashing over last build. Refused to turn on even after reboot and clearing cache etc.

Have had similar issues with different plug sockets. Change plug socket should do the trick

Hey guys. Am currently on RR 8.1.0 with August security patch. What's the correct process for the upgrade here? Flash stock 9.0 first or?

How'd they work out for you? Interested to know if either were any better?

Did you try on airplane mode? I don't use mobile network on mine and always have it on airplane mode but still have mad idle drain T815. Yet don't on stock or 11 May build.

I'm currently still on LOS build from 11 May and the battery life is amazing. Standby drain is about <1% over 8 hours :good:

How's your standby idle battery drain? For me on T815 all recent builds drop like 15% overnight on airplane mode with and without Gapps installed. Only thing holding me back from updating.

Do you have to switch slots when you boot into TWRP to flash the ROM correctly or just boot straight to TWRP and flash away?
