    Post [ROM][7.1.x] LineageOS [sumire]

It says: "Announcement from Myself5: Did someone say STOCK camera? I did!!!!" Does this mean that the stock camera app is included? Or does this mean that the lineage OS camera is using Sony Camera binaries?

    Post [MOD][Z1/Z2/Z3] Cyberian Camera 8.7 [Updated 09/12/2019]

I have a suggestion: Sony Camera provides a few metering modes, such as Spot and Centre. While useful, they only meter around the centre of the lens. It would be very nice if instead, in Cyberian Camera, we could touch the area of the screen to meter, like on iPhone or Huawei P9. Sometimes we...

    Post [MOD][Z1/Z2/Z3] Cyberian Camera 8.7 [Updated 09/12/2019]

Prior to the Xperia Z5, I was possession of a LG G4. I found it to be a beautiful device in most regards - especially the fantastic camera - until it was stricken with the infamous boatloaop issue. I contacted support, and I was given the choice between: a) Receiving a new G4, or b) Receiving a...

Post Quick questions about flashing 32.2.A.0.305

Thanks for the advice, I will look into it in the future when CyanogenMod improves and I need to unlock the bootloader to install it. My main incentive for this would be to greatly improve the camera, which we all know takes very washed-out photos. I have just gone through the firmware flashing...

Thread Quick questions about flashing 32.2.A.0.305

I have not received the 32.2.A.0.305 update for my Z5 yet, so I went to XperiFirm to check which region my device's firmware is from. It turns out the firmware is CDA 1298-2996 (South Africa). I live in Australia and wish to flash the Customized AU firmware with CDA 1298-7277. I want to do this...

    Thread [Q] CM12 Performance Tile?

I noticed the option to add a performance tile in the quick settings for CyanogenMod 12 (pictures included as attachments). When I slide down the navigation drawer, the tile says 'power save', but does nothing upon click. Does anybody have any clue what this tile actually does?

Post [ROM] [OFFICIAL][4.4.x] [NIGHTLY] CyanogenMod 11 for the Optimus 4X HD (p880)

Darn, I really prefer the CM kernel, sleep so much better and has become so smooth after the 29/06! Thank you anyway, it is a shame that we have to use a Y cable, I am guessing there is a hardware issue and the USB port can not provide enough power itself?

Might be a wate That might be a while still mate, F2FS support for Android (or Linux in general) is very much still in the testing phase. The more immediate concern should be setting up the stable USB OTG drivers which, if we are lucky, should be soon! :) F2FS is definitely something to look...

Post Ubuntu Touch Port -> Work In Progress (Works but Read)

    Post RAM Overclock

To speed up the rate at which the memory is accessed, thus slightly reducing lag, it's more an issue of quality over quantity because, as you put it, 1GB is enough for almost every daily task. Un-freakin'-believable! At first I was a little skeptical; the min CPU frequency seemed to be locked at 370MHz and was very trigger happy - that is to say, the CPU jumped up to the highest frequencies randomly. HOWEVER, I persisted and rebooted because, as I have learned with years of...

Notification lag I am sorry to venture off topic here, and you can mock me and quote the rules and all that jazz as much as you wish, but I'm itching to know.... has the notification sound delay bug persisted through into KK 4.4.2? Or has it finally been eliminated? Thank you in advance :)

Post Late notification alarm on CM 10.2 (4.3 android)

The important question here is... "Why does this happen?" I mean, is the issue so serious that no one has been able to pinpoint the cause and code a resolution? It seems strange that the problem is barely mentioned and has not been attempted to be fixed.
