Will flashing TWRP wipe the phone?

So all I need to do is: Download and install SP Flash Tools Turn off my phone Load your ROM into Flash Tools Flash it Done?

Is there any risk to that?

Is it possible to flash this ROM dirty on top of the stock Elephone ROM? I don't wanna wipe my device because I don't have root and Titanium Backup only works with root.
