Same issue here, and "unlock OEM" cannot be activated on the device Developer mode. This issue is with a "H815 20o" (MM 6.0 as stock rom, refurbished Ali/Ebay model from China). So no access to Fastboot (but device is detected by Adb with "Adb devices" command). And flashing many KDZ or TOT...
