Yes I did. In the camera as well as video dept I notice lags, and while accessing gallery and social media apps too.

Thank you ling751am for this post. Following this guide I went ahead and updated to Nougat on H815 and so far it's doing great. I've not yet maxed out its performance but at times I notice some lags. Overall, great one :D:good:

Try flashing a fresh kdz

Before flashing any kdz, you need to install LGUP and update the DLL files and then proceed. There is always a risk involved. Try removing your battery and put again to restart. If it doesnt work, then flash a new kdz. Can you access download mode?

try flashing a new rom of same android version again?

you need to unlock the bootloader before accessing it first. this is the only official way for so. http://developer.lge.com/resource/mobile/RetrieveBootloader.dev If I may ask to better assist you, what do you plan on doing exactly?
