Agree. Maybe you know that it was me who used vrtheme for modification of clock position without providing the entire systemui for the 3T first. The issue is only if you use the modded and compiled xml in a systemui that has different base xml than the modded. Then bootloop is guaranteed.

Let me also add something to this discussion. SystemUI is very sensitive in terms of resources. You add a new png to the xxhdpi folder but it has no exclusive id in public.xml it might bootloop. I am working with the apks in a completely different way than described by ungeekeed. First of all...

Yes because it reflashes the systemui.apk. I was about to implement dark notifications but in case of many apps the text colors are hard-coded and buggy. Gave up. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tapatalk

I have investigated the issue. Flashed each modded apk separately, checked the Aroma script. Created a new zip and link in the OP. Clean flashed 4.1 and then the theme. Everything works fine, hope all of you will have the same experience.

That is strange. I have tested on an untouched fresh installed 4.1.0 system and works without issues. Can you give more info on your settings and what did you install in Aroma?
