Well it looks like I found the solution to 5ghz dropping. I changed my phone to a static IP address on my network, and reserved it on my router, and haven't had any issues since. Just make sure to use your actual DNS server provided by your ISP when setting up your phone, not the Google DNS...

Looks good to me. Though, I would change Backup.img to persistbackup.img to avoid any confusion down the road. The above line is virtually identical to the first; the only difference is the output filename and the order of the tags, so you'd just end up with a Backup.img and a persist.img...
