does the rom take time on first boot? i am stuck on sony since 3 min just flased your rom but not rebooting i think it's not bootloop.

use a custom launcher like nova,apex etc.

Cm11 and stock xperia roms have different framework if you copy the.apks it won't work! its possible if Sony releases official 4.4 for us. Cm11 is aosp based rom it's not possible. sent from Xperia SP via my brain
