I'm using the stock EC10 and have no issues. I have experienced much better battery life. Are you using you phone as you normally would and in the same location? The difference in battery life from a day of 1 bar to a day of 4 bars is extremely large (unfortunately).

Phidelt's package does not have the radio. To do a full stock update to 2.2 you need to flash the Odin package first (which has ALL the parts such as the radio). Then you can flash custom roms off the stock 2.2 base. I am working on an update.zip to do everything. PS: Sorry, stressful day...

CWM isn't working with 2.2 right now. If you don't learn odin there is no way to reliably go back once you flash this since you can't flash old update.zips reliably in 2.2. We will have update.zips in a bit that will work with jt's new recovery for 2.2. But everything starts from the odin...
