Thanks, was able to restore selective parts of the uncorrupted data via the unzip, zip method of migrate and the twrp_extract_sar.zip . This rom is super smooth and very impressive on the battery consumption. would appreciate if the network indicators are added :)

Finally, switched to TWRP and got the ROM working :) however, met with a new problem of migrate helper - error code 7, not able to support restoration to Android Q, if anyone faced this issue, please guide.

Same here, am still doubting whether it is OS issue or battery problem ?

I tried with the havoc custom ROM, it worked, but I think selecting the internal storage along with cache, system and dalvik cache does the trick, try it and let us all know.

i ported from airtel to jio , am not getting volte option, i had to install jiojoin app to receive calls and make outgoing calls. anyone else had to do it ? or am making some setting mistake ?

Thanks 0max and arvik , i went to the karbonn service center and he says there is a motherboard issue of the phone so it has to be sent to delhi. it would take around 1 to 1.5 months. i have said yes to him for now , but if you could suggest anything i will go and take the phone from him.

i am a novice to installing the custom rom , i downloaded all the necessary files from page one of this post , started with the process , but did not keep the zip file in the mobile. now i have cleared my mobile data , system cache and it is stuck , how do i transfer the rom zip now and update...

Thanks ashish for the wonderful support. One last question : The phone is under warranty, so should i take it to the Service Center. I am not sure how many days it will take for them to give it back to me . Also the charges if any are not sure. Plus , is the w719 rom working completely ?
