Thanks for your reply. I found that it makes no sense to do encrytion while on TWRP. However, what the difference if I patch only Magisk to the Original FW to achieve root, use an app to remove bloat/system apps, and I still can do encrytion by stock FW itself. Does it still safe?

If you want to keep using this version, try to remove "tweaks.zip" in this ".zip flashable file". This causes SD-mounting problem. However, this version remove too much system ware, there still small bugs... but I think it's ok if you want lightweight OS.
