If you flash cwm over twrp you phone recovery changes but phone wont reboot ,it will stuck it sony boot logo. Although You can go into CWM recovery by flashing it over twrp and can restore stock rom . But am not sure so try it on your own .!! If not worked just flash stock rom using flashtool...

Bro i would suggest you to go for cm13 its more better than 12.1 and for single sim variant you no need to flash dual sim zip and regarding recovery go for Twrp , cwm is old and not good enough like Twrp so Here is the link for official cm13 and for Aosp and for twrp here Incase any doubts...

Flashed the ril i see no big changes , same as earlier. I switched the data to sim2 to see if it connects to second sim but the result is no it cant and reverted again to sim1 Overall i cant see any changes in new ril

PecanCM can you please change default camera app to cyanogen camera , it is better than the default camera using now directly we cant install it so is there any chance to use it on xperia m , in cm12.1 i think cyanogen camera worked but in cm13 it is showing device is not compatible .

Cant change lock screen directly in CM13 But you can change it by this app . Lockscreen changer

Nice theme and what mod are you using for tinted status bar . Your are getting clear accuracy of colors in status bar which we cant get that much accuracy in cm13 (i saw ur screenshot now on cm Q&A thread of xperia m ) Also if you can , please give a link for xposed installer for 6.0.1 cm13

may be in 14/3 build they have removed and readding it again in new builds i think , but in build 12/3 we can still change ringtones for sim1 and sim 2

Whats the new thing in that , we can able to set the different ringtones for sim 1 and sim 2 in present and previous nightlies also:confused::confused:!!!
