Downloading now but will have to hold off installing this. I've made so many modifications and performance checks to 3.1. I'll test this out once I decide to reset to factory settings (or sell) my O1.

Trettet, I think I read somewhere that updates will be written over the existing rom so that we don't have to reinstall everything again. If not, I must have read somebody else's thread. :D Awesome work btw. Sometimes you have to sleep it off first so you can come up with fresh ideas the next...

Followed the instructions. After installing the 3.2 full rom, installed the ICS update, rebooted... now it's stuck on the animated boot screen. Should I reboot after updating 3.2 then install the ICS update then reboot again?
