Done I finally succeeded in transferring files to the HOX. I am using twrp new layout (twrp big) so I booted in recovery, went to Mount and selected only Data then I transferred files from my tablet using "adb push (local) (remote)" !

Ok I think the problem comes from the low internal memory (after reflashing ROM 2 times), I got only 200 mb free out of 5 gb I deleted a lot of apps and moved a lot to sdcard and still got nearly 4 gb of "other" in internal memory... I even tried CleanMaster but it couldn't free more than 100...
