Best way seems to be to download the EL29 DirectBoot http://e4gtcm.blogspot.com/p/tools.html?m=1, flash format all a couple of times, flash a jb modem if you aren't already on one, flash format all again, flash a rooted jb rom and then reboot!

You don't need to start with Alpha 1, just follow the directions on the original post (first post on the first page) after downloading the alpha 5.3 file, gapps, and any other files it recommends.

fh13 If you search for it there is a fh13 plus root one click. It works as advertised.
