Has anyone tried using Chinese GM1910 model on EE 5G bands ? As I understand EE uses n78 band, but I dont see it as advertised in GM1910 specs.

I have the same experience. Mine says UK and when apply for Oreo says service is not available in my country.

Im having hard time believing in this explanation. My device is original L29C636B158. I saw many people on L29C636 installing B172 and higher without any problems.

Same here. Just tried latest version and got authentication error on 180. Tried like 5 times full ota.

I do have original L29 phone.

I live in the UK and I'm trying to upgrade L29 from 158 to 172. I do see 2 updates in FF, one is full OTA (~2.5gb) and one is just OTA (~400mb). When I try either of those, I always get authentication error message in the end. I tried multiple times and nothing works. Anyone from the UK...

I have moved from EU 7.1.19 to 7.2.9 weekly version that was released on Feb 10 and touch screen stopped working in TWRP. I use TWRP version 3.0.2-0-lithium that I downloaded from TWRP website. Is there any way to fix this ? Or do I just need to wait for a new version of TWRP for 7.2.9 ?

yes I did extract it and I triple checked the permissions. Just doesnt work. What ROM are you on ?

So I did 2 things, copied icons file to /system/media/theme /system/media/theme/default and set permissions to rw-r--r-- and re-applied default theme and also rebooted the phone Icons didnt change. Am I missing anything ?
