Post Will you be returning your Note7?

No issues with mine and I've had it since launch. I don't mind the oods. For all of those screen bleed / defects. Every manufacturer gets them. I had an iPad Pro delivered with a defective screen. I'm enjoying it and keeping moving.

Post Z Ultra togari Mac Address Issues

Yes, I was using the signed gapps dated late last year, but when I came across the issue I reflashed the whole of CM12 with the more recent ones dated April I think. I still had the same problem, which is when I read up and saw it was attributed to using a non-CM recovery and reset everything...

Post Z Ultra togari Mac Address Issues

I did use rashr to install TWRP and that's when the issues arose. Unfortunately the nightly update came through after installing TWRP so I did the update for 30th and the phone was in an unusable state via gapps force closes as mentioned. So I flashed back to CMr via the update and haven't...

Post Z Ultra togari Mac Address Issues

Thanks for the heads up teddy. I was using CM recovery. Installed TWRP and flashed the zip/update. However, CM12 goes tits up with TWRP every time I update CM12 and only seems to play nice with CM recovery. Gapps seems to be the issue with none stop force stops. Seems in order for this to work I...

Thread Z Ultra togari Mac Address Issues

I know this has been mentioned elsewhere for other Xperia Models, typically newer than the Z U, but I am running in to an issue where my two z ultras are trying to use the same mac address. I wondered if there was a device specific work around for the z ultra and / if this is being addressed...

Post [Q] Root for Asus Fonepad

The third app is AutoKiller Memory Optimiser. As for multi tasking, I haven't really had a problem, but I'm not a huge multitasker. Sent from my ME371MG using xda premium

Post [Q] Root for Asus Fonepad

I have frozen a lot of apps, mainly asus installed, but also some unneeded system ones with Titanium Backup pro. I also use No Frills CPU and Sd booster from the app store. There is a third app, a root memory manager / task killer which I can't remember the name of. I'll post it when I get...

Post [Q] Root for Asus Fonepad

The Nexus 7 is definitely a lot faster in everyday use, but the Fonepad isn't unusable or frustratingly bad. That said, to get the best out of it you do need to Root and tweak it. Once that is done it runs very nicely. Sent from my ME371MG using xda premium

Post [Q] Root for Asus Fonepad

I can't answer the first question. Regarding the second. Always back up your data safely, but rooting the device does not cause a loss of user data. (Edited post due to formatting issues.) Sent from my ME371MG using xda premium

Hi, Does anyone have a conclusive list of which android processes are safe to freeze for the Fonepad using Titanium? I have taken care of the basics. Many thanks. Sent from my ME371MG using xda premium
