cm10 is in beta stage and not fully stable. you just try cm9 they look like same in cm10 you feel a little smoother but not that much.

did you drop it or hit by something? first change the rom or kernel,if that fix it you'r locky.

you can restore you'r backup or flash another rom throw odin . i use both way and nothing happen for me.

try other kernel such syiah &speedmod. it happen when in beta roms.

you know you'r device rooted when you rid of stock bot animation. i hated..
