I've also checked the sensor with a camera and mine stays off when the screen is off. My S5 KLTE still has a battery loss of 1-1.7% per hour during standby and will go from 100% to 88-90% overnight. Might be Samsung in general, no clue. My stock rom standby time wasn't much better than Lineage.

Turned out to be Xposeds fault. Same error happened after I installed App Settings module. Reinstalling the framework again fixed it. Xblast works fine now :D
