Guys, hold off about at least another 2 weeks to do any justice for the batteries. Most new batteries (especially Sony's) don't hold charge as well in the first few weeks or first month. After that, you should see a good increase in holding in the charge. :o

Buy what you think suites your need most. Don't follow trends. Even insiders will have to pick something eventually. No body can wait forever for phones that will be the latest and greatest as there will always be something better around the corner. If you like it, buy it, if not, wait it out...

Based on their brief, the international version was going to be 8960 (My market doesn't have LTE). :rolleyes: So the press received the wrong specs initially, and it took a while to clarify the different CPU's.

Sadly the reason is the V isn't the flagship. The T/TX's camera has been pointed out about the HDR, but the V can't steal all the spotlight, and which is why it's keeping a rather low profile. But don't overlook it, the majority of the V's spec's will appear next year as early as CES 2013...

That's what they've informed in the presentation they gave me. It clearly states it has an extra white pixel on the screen. Plus, we all know the BE is mostly software related, so hardware wise, that's all it has.

BE2 is pretty much the White Magic screen. It has extra white pixel. Nothing else. They're just rebranding it as BE2, since White Magic doesn't seem to be picking up on consumers.

Xperia T (Mint) in USA might not be contract free. Seems like AT&T will be the main operator carrying it. Xperia TX (Hayabusa) should be contract free in Sony stores. LT29 will be branded in only some Europe countries, but not all Europe countries are bounded to the operators. I wouldn't worry...
