Same here I had the same issue. I factory reset a couple of times. I even rooted and installed custom ROM. But it still would do it (though much less frequently). I ultimately exchanged it with a warranty phone with my carrier. Crossing my fingers that my phone will stop doing this.

Google Play Service issues I too have had Google Play Service issues recently. I've been clearing data via Settings > Apps > Google Play services > Storage > Manage Space > Clear All Data. I found I had to do this about once every few months. And then no problems.

What's the difference between the HTC Unlocked/Developer ROM and the T-Mobile ROM? I have stock T-Mobil HTC 10 phone. I see on HTC ROM website that they have Unlocked/Developer files. Should I use one of the usual custom ROM's (e.g., Venom/Viper, Leedroid, etc) or use the HTC Unlocked version?
