Try backing up your internal storage & sensitive data to otg or PC & format data in twrp. Then wipe system dalvik & cache. Reflash the ROM & gapps etc. This will erase everything on your device so back it up first! OG/N6/N6p/N5x

If you flashed the 4core recovery, & the BLOD patch just simply flash the official twrp & then reflash the ROM clean & you'll be good to go. ;) Edit: to clarify, the original statixOS recovery is what I meant by official not the official twrp from team win.

This ROM is bad ass! Coupled with EX running great. Had some system FC's on 1st boot with august opengapps but flashing June gapps resolved it. Something fishy with august gapps.

Not that I know of bud, I still run the final RC build (8-25-17) on my d2att & it runs flawlessly. I no longer use my d2att as a DD as I've moved on but I do still use it from time to time without as issue. Mms works great on mine.

Don't re-zip the folder created when extracting, zip the contents inside the folder. Enter folder containing zip files, select all, compress.

That should have done the trick. IDK why it gave that error. I did the same thing to 12/07/17 opengapps mini and I've used it several times now. I also renamed the folder to 8.1 before re-zipping.

Actually on these early builds I just stick with the stock kernel. Once things settle down and Oreo becomes more stable solid. Then I might flash kernels. I tested a few kernels on various Oreo Roms and they either made no difference or made it worse which is neither the ROM nor kernels fault.

amdcora yeah its normal for the S3 to run hot at times. I've had mine reach temps of 60 to 70°c. I wouldn't about it. As for battery life, If you get 3 hours sot out of it with normal to moderate usage your doing pretty good on a nougat build. ;)
