You need to format data if you're using miui as data is encrypted and magisk needs to install in single boot as if you reboot twrp will be gone so make sure 1. Advance wipe wipe everything 2. Factory reset 3.flash vendor 4. Flash rom 5. Format data 6. flash magisk 7. Reboot
