I think SEllinux is permissive by default in this ROM.

Is sellinux disabled in PE AOSP?

Yes. Banking apps working perfectly fine without even installing magisk. I didn't root though.

Does all banking apps work on PE CAF & AOSP ?

It's not necessary to wipe vendor partition everytime when you flash treble supported ROMs. But you should wipe vendor before flashing normal ROMs.
