Looks like supersu problem to me. Try replacing with older version of supersu.zip and check or simply delete the lines of root zip from updater script, flash the rom and then flash supersu.zip manually. Hope this solves your problem. Good luck

If your phone is rooted then you can use a root explorer to copy the Knox related apks from /system/priv-app or /system/app (I dont remember exactly but they all are in either of these folders). flash this rom and then copy back the Knox files to their respective folders.
