My replacement Evo is coming in today. I rooted my previous Evo on 2.1 and am looking to see if there is another option other than unrevoked root on 2.2. I've searched the forums for "root" but after browsing for 10-15 min have not found what I am looking for. Is there a method to root 2.2...

I must say.. this theme/overlay ... whatever you want to call it is SICK! Much appreciated.... I'm having a weird issue with BetterCut and the Mail icon (Exchange) and Messages. Everytime I change the pic for the icon it goes right back.... Running 2.2 Sense Rooted (ROM)... Any ideas? Already...

Android noob here... quick question... I've gone through the root process successfully. I can run applications that require root such as overclock widget, setcpu, and tether; but I do not see an application for Superuser Permissions. Am I missing something? Thanx in advance. skplex
