Thanks for responding. I have read some reports of some people having bad screens and I suppose it's completely plausible. My unit had a great screen. Also I think the rear camera, but the average just wants to point and shoot and have the phone spit out a good pic. They don't want to tinker...

Why do you want demo mode? It's literally a resource hog and can only be removed with hard reset. If you want the demo videos that come preloaded, you can download them from the Samsung retail website

The v20 displays the battery of whatever device it is connected to and it does not have Bluetooth 5.0. I believe that feature is something built into the software by the manufacturer as some devices with Android have this feature and some don't, ours in specific

Got the update this morning. Screen looks great now. Good job Samsung. Even if it was a hardware problem promptly jumping in with a software patch that alleviates the issue is major kudos in my book

Yep that's it. There may be a way to download the video without the retail mode app. However after I hosed my phone I never went back to try to download it again DO NOT INSTALL IT

Well that's not true. You can play multiple Bluetooth devices and there is differences in sound. A iPhone, and galaxy, and this phone all sound different in my car stereo system and on my reciever in the house. Clearly 3 different sound profiles
