Further to this I would love to answer calls with a button whilst driving as my phone is always plugged in to the stereo aux and its illegal to use your phone whilst driving in the uk unless its hands free. trust me you don't know what you're missing out on, all the customization of a custom rom whilst sticking with stock. gravity box module is a must. pity I can't get it working on this version at the moment.

audio skipping can be overcome with Trickster MOD app. disable mp-decisions you dont have to use tasker for tap to wake, an init.d script does it just fine and can be flashed with this zip I put together (i know i posted it earlier in the thread but its easier to just post it here again)

I used the phone for about a year and am pretty sure there wasnt a notification led, but I did use the home button led for notifications using gravity box on exposed Sent from my ThL_W200S using Tapatalk

tap 2 wake on init.d flashable zip just to let people know (mainly for novices like me) if you dont have tasker you can add the tap 2 wake script to init.d the flashable zip attached does it for you if you are as lazy as me.

gave up waiting for official cm to fix gps so heres a link to fxp for anyone like me that didnt realise there is a difference between whats on the free experia page and the cm rom page and wants gps working, I can confirm gps is working on fxp latest release dated 20/1/14 available here...

I have already done that, was mentioned on post 749 on this thread, it did resolve the issue of an nfc error dialogue but I'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with the alarm and GPS and wifi. I will have a proper look this evening. Thanks anyway for trying.

I haven't investigates this myself ye so it might be something I've done, but every time my phone boots up for the alarm in the morning ( I switch it off before bed) the GPS and wifi is switched on. This isn't too much effort to switch off by if I forget it drains the battery unnecessarily. I'm...

I dont know about runkeeper, but if you use 'google tracker' you can set the recording intervals which should smooth things out a bit. Hope this helps. Jacob

about the NFC stuff, was looking through the apps in 'rom toolbox' app manager and there is an app called 'tags' looks like its just for NFC stuff, do you think its worth uninstalling?

Charger im using is from my xperia tablet z rated at 5v 1500mA this charger works fine on stock so it isn't the problem. Just a clean flash of minimal.

So just to check, is there no custom ROM that charges the battery properly to 4.35v? I've tried vanilla and minimalistic and neither do the trick.

Tested it this evening and it got to 80% and 4.18v and the percentage goes up but not the voltage, what are we doing wrong?
