Well I'm running Windows 7 64bit, and I would say I have a few devices plugged in, but nothing extraordinary? The only things running USB besides the xoom are keyboard, mouse, and wifi adapter. When you were having this issue, what was the error you were getting when you tried to flash the system.img file? My xoom is currently soft-bricked (I hope thats all it is at least), and when I go to flash system.img it basically will not let me. I've tried the "fastboot flash system...- sully7
