That's what i thought... but it wouldn't. Things would freeze up on trying to flash the new GB rom. That and it wouldn't disable voodoo, would always remain on and try to reconvert to ext4.

Im using CWM Red (Voodoo) from ICBNB GB Version, and it won't unmount the system partition. CWM actually starts with the system mounted & won't unmount it. Am i doing something wrong?

correct, once you have Odin'ed the GB File on with all it's extras, you then only flash on the zImage-root. Reboot & Back into Download Mode & then put the original zImage from the GB Odin back on.

got my UOT Zip to install with this thing, have to manually mount system & data, then install the UOT Zip. well, got half of it to apply. Had to go in and remove the unmount /system calls in the install script. then it worked :)
