Android wear has worked fine for me. Currently on the latest nightly. Try clearing the app data for Android Wear.

If you had root on the ChromeCast I image you could point it to another URL or to local files. I don't think anyone has done this yet.

There is a much easier way to do this. Skip the javascript stuff and just use the link below. http://googlecast.github.io/cast-chrome/ Paste your url in there and hit play. Then click on the ChromeCast device listed below the movie. :)

You have to start playing the movie in the browser then right click on a blank area and select inspect element. Hit the resources tab and look in the area in the picture. If you right click on the MP4 file and open in a new tab you will get the full URL of the video.

I agree. Now that things are more in order it is not a big guessing game like it was a month ago. Shipments appear to be going out in order now or very close to it. Be interesting to see how things go when they open up orders again. Hopefully Google has modified the fulfillment process.

More proof that Google Customer Support has no idea. After getting a second charge yesterday I thought I would email them to inquire about my ship date ... just to see if anything changed. Google's automated email response - Hey Google. I got ship confirmation this morning.
