    Post [MOD][PORT][N]aptX codec

Thanks again! :D It actually might be possible if we put the bluetooth firmware somewhere in the /system location using the Magisk Module and then do a symlink to the /bt_firmware/image location, via a shell script. Though, I'm not sure if we can run shell scripts using Magisk. I'm a Magisk...

Thanks! :good: The bluetooth firmware actually patches the "/bt_firmware/image" location on the device. Maybe it is possible to include the new firmware on Magisk? I have uploaded the files here: https://zeropenguins.info/Downloads/OnePlus/OnePlus3TBluetoothfirmware/ Finally, I also appended...

I'm totally smashed from coming back from a party. I will do it sometime tomorrow... There is a new bluetooth firmware that might work better with the new bluetooth drivers, hence why I want to compile a new flashable zip.

Anova's Origin angerized oaktree06 Sorry guys! It was a rush job as I had other things to do. Yes, stick to the original. The one I ported has the new Bluetooth drivers for the OnePlus 3T, along side with the aptx/aptxHD files from the Beta 5 for the 3T. The bluetooth driver will only work on the 3/3T and breaks the other device's bluetooth driver.

NOTE: THIS IS FOR ONEPLUS 3/3T ONLY! Ok, I just tested the zip I made and it is 100% working on the OnePlus 3T on Oxygen OS 4.1.3. As always, make a system backup before flashing (especially if you're testing this on the OnePlus 3). Flash via TWRP and enjoy! :good: OnePlus 3 users, please...

    Post [MOD][PORT][N]aptX codec

Great news! I have ported aptX/aptXHD to work on Oxygen OS 4.1.1 to 4.1.3 on the OnePlus 3T using the Open Beta 5. I will create a flashable system zip for the OnePlus 3T soon. I don't have the original OnePlus 3 so I don't know if my port will work on that or I have to create a separate zip...

My battery life on the OnePlus 3T 64GB (OOS 4.1.1) has been quite good. Initially I had some really bad idle consumption due to me restoring apps via Titanium backup from my old phone, but after reinstalling them from the play store the problem fixed itself. This was me watching a lot of...

I extracted the system files from the new Beta 4 for the OnePlus 3T. The 3T's Bluetooth drivers are the same as OxygenOS 4.1.1. Here's MD5 hash of the beta drivers if anyone is curious: It's the same as the old one. Honestly, if I knew any Android programming or custom ROMing knowledge I...

A user PM'd me, but I can't seem to PM him back as he probably has 0 post count. So I'm just posting it here hoping he can see it. Hi Chris, I would say get this tablet if it goes even cheaper, as the new Core M processors from Skylake should push this tablet price down. Or just wait for the...

shunsai & robinrobb sadly it seems to be Cube's fault for those KMS-pico activated Windows. It's because Cube only has the single language Chinese edition OEM licenses for the i7 stylus. I don't see why not, unless you're unsure on how to reinstall Windows or booting from USB drives then I would recommend against it. Edit: Also just to be sure, make sure the recovery partition isn't the masterboot record for Windows. Since if you delete that, you won't be able to boot to...

Actually you may have read my post instead about the CPU being no more than 0.8GHz. Just go into your BIOS and change into configurable TDP to cTDP down. I also changed TDP lock and automatic thermal reporting to disable. It allowed my tablet to never go over 60C with both CPU&GPU stressed out...

Try the BIOS update first, I do not have battery drain at all. I know some people do and have said turning off fastboot would help. Just click on "All Controls" and change whatever you need to. This is from my laptop, but it should be the same for the tablet.

Having a higher resolution than 4K on a 10.6" won't look that great on Windows, as there are still scaling issues in Windows 10. If you need a higher resolution one that is cheap I suppose something like the Teclast X98 Air II or the Cube i6 Air are the only ones that come to my mind when it...

When you press the power button, it actually puts the device to sleep rather than shutting it down. That is the default Windows action. If that isn't the case, then you may have a bad battery as I don't experience battery drain when I shut off my device. This is a known bug that Wootever...

I don't mind rebooting into my BIOS to change my settings around. Also cTDP is better at thermal managing than what Intel XTU could ever achieve (see image below). In the BIOS under the configurable TDP, if you change that to cTDP down it will throttle the device to 0.8GHz the whole time, it kept my device under 60C during a stress test.
