Hi, I used to flash my ks20 with a laptop (vista 32-bit) but it broke so I tried to flash a new rom onto it using my desktop (vista 64-bit), did everything in the same way as I did on my laptop(installed the drivers, lg mdp, windiag.cab on phone, set port as composite) but lg mdp didn't...

I totally agree with one thing in your post: MS should create a totally new mobile OS from scratch if they want to catch up with the competition. That's the reason why Android, WebOS and the iPhone have so much success, they're all new OS'es, created by new standards instead of the 2000...

This rom is a heavily optimized WM6.1 rom, while farahbolsey's rom is WM6.5, if you just want the new WM you should take 6.5, but spocky's rom is great for customization and stuff, personally I love this rom far more because it's extremely stable, fast and you've got way more ram available.

I'm using an Lg KS20 with farahbolsey's WM6.5 rom(build 23071) and after a soft reset I couldn't change my keyboard anymore, I tried uninstalling every keyboard I had, but I can't even change to transcriber :confused: does anyone know how I can fix this without doing a hard reset?

You don't need it on the HD2, it's capacitive...

Yes i had MortScript and ran it a few times, but I made a backup, hard-resetted and restored the backup, and now it works just fine :D
